Energy For Sleep Guided Meditation

many of my clients come to me seeking answers and help with sleep issues. Sleep deprivation has, unfortunately, become
so pervasive that it's having a huge effect on our well-being. If you're not getting restorative sleep every
night, you absolutely cannot live your life from a place of inspiration and joy, and you won't have the energy to
live into your true essence or potential in life. Not to mention the toll it takes on your physical health, wealth and
relationships!
One big reason people don't
sleep well is because they don't have enough energy. Believe it or not, you need energy to sleep! If your
